Lori Palmer has only been a certified personal trainer for five years but her experience in athletics and fitness has been evolving her entire life. At a young age, she began competitive swimming and excelled to the collegiate level. Shortly after entering the corporate world and thus a sedentary lifestyle, she got somewhat anxious and began cycling. She went on to compete in national cycling events (mountain, road, and track), regional triathlons (middle distance), as well as various local running events. Most recently, Lori competed in her first marathon, which happened to be a trail marathon, where she took Third Place. Lori desires to bring her competitive spirit to her clients, which has enabled her to stay fit and sane! What Lori loves most about CrossFit is the unique blend of the high-intense total body movement in a fun, camaraderie-driven atmosphere with a bit of healthy competition!
James Thornton, a Georgia native, is a revered former All-American college standout and professional football player that spent time with the Chicago Bears, Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, and Berlin Thunder of NFL Europe before entering into the health and fitness industry. He has utilized his world-class athletic background and innovative fitness techniques to transform his clients, which range from professional athletes to fitness beginners. James wants to provide “individuals with the best opportunity to reach their fitness goals using a top-notch professional athletic approach.”
